I’m here to be your teammate - we work together. That can mean highly practical solution-focused therapy, traditional behavioral therapies, career or education counseling, and deep trauma work. I have received additional post-graduate training in DBT, a type of counseling that integrates mindfulness and behavioral therapy. Let’s explore your feelings and experiences with gentle curiosity, together. If you feel tired, lost, angry,
anxious or confused, we can work to build a more livable life for you. The goal is to leave each session with a specific, actionable strategy to move toward greater healing and growth.
I earned my undergraduate degree in International Development at Empire State College, and my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nyack College. I’ve pursued post-graduate education in DBT, and I am an RYT-500 yoga teacher.

Therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and understood. Many people find that traditional talk therapy stays at the surface, focused on venting rather than real change. But lasting growth comes from exploring the deeper patterns behind your emotions and behaviors. These often stem from past experiences and shape how you see yourself and relate to others. In our sessions, I create a safe, collaborative space to uncover and work through what’s holding you back so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
I see therapy as a true partnership where we work together to understand what is beneath your struggles. We will explore the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, often shaped by past experiences. I draw from proven methods like ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, IFS, Attachment Theory, and trauma informed care, tailored to your needs.
In our sessions, I guide you with reflective questions that help uncover the deeper layers of your emotions and behaviors. This is not about quick fixes, it is about understanding the roots of your struggles. Together, we will explore how past pain and trauma continue to shape your present so you can begin to shift long-held patterns and heal.

I cultivate a grounded, stabilizing presence in the therapeutic process, helping clients feel supported during times of vulnerability while building practical tools for healing and growth. My clinical approach integrates best practices,
mindfulness, and body-centered techniques to enhance self-awareness, restore balance, and foster the development of sustainable coping strategies. I partner with clients to clarify goals that foster meaningful and productive changes. I honor each person’s cultural background, values, and spiritual or existential perspectives, creating space for authentic exploration of meaning and identity without imposing any belief system.
